Surgery In Training Assessment (SITA)

The new format of SITA is applicable to all surgical trainees who commenced their Pre/Post MD training with effect from 01.10.2016.

It is required to download/print the following set/s of SITA forms with its given colours.

During the Pre MD training

1^st 06 months training
2^nd 06 months training
General Surgery -Peripheral appointment

During the Post MD training

1st Year – 1st 06 months training
1st Year – 2nd 06 months training
2nd Year – 1st 06 months training
2nd Year – 2nd 06 months training
3rd Year – 1st 06 months training
3rd Year – 2nd 06 months training
